How it Works

• Step 1: Meet with your client and decide what type of business entity to form.
• Step 2: Fill out one of our online order forms or downloadable PDF checklists.
• Step 3: (if using PDF checklist) Submit your order by phone, fax, or email along with simultaneous payment by online payment portal or by check.
• Step 4: We draft the certificate of formation to your specifications and file it with the Secretary of State.
• Step 5: Receive an emailed or faxed scan of your certificate of filing and file-stamped copy of the certificate of formation when the State releases it.
• Step 6: Receive the original copy of the documents by mail soon after.

You can easily add LAS registered agent service or federal employer identification number (EIN) retrieval to any formation for the same quick turnaround. Just fill out that portion of the order form.
